HOW MANY HOMES SHOULD I LOOK AT BEFORE I GET PRE-APPROVED?

It is best to get pre-approved for a mortgage before looking at any houses. The pre-approval letter from a bank shows you your budget and without that letter you cannot put an offer in on any homes. Getting the pre-approval first allows you to know your budget and if you see a house you like put in an offer right away.

HOW DO YOUR FEES WORK?

If you are a buyer there is a transaction fee every client pays. In the case of selling your home your Realtor will talk with you about what percentage or flat fee they will charge in addition to the transaction fee.
